SAFDAL was founded in 2007 with headquarter located in Taizhou City of Jiangsu Province, China. The company covers an area of 15000m², of which 12000m² is occupied by the workshops .

SAFDAL’s products/businesses fall into six categories:

l   Flexible composite pipe for high pressure transmission & distribution for land oil and natural gas development (RTP)

l   Engineering pipe for offshore oil and gas field

l   Pipe for LNG (liquefied natural gas) transportation

l   Large diameter pipes for municipal water supply

l   Development of machinery for pipe manufacturing

l   Development of high-tech products and provision of various services

SAFDAL is one of the RTP manufacturers in the world that has been awarded the API 15S certificate by American Petroleum Institute.

SAFDAL is also among the organizations that have participated in development of the China national standard GB/T 38725.2-2020 "Spoolable reinforced plastic pipe - Part2: Fiber reinforced thermoplastic coiled pipe”,, which is applicable to China's petroleum pipeline industry.

SAFDAL attaches great important to the stability of product quality. So far, it has been certified against API SPEC Q1, ISO9001:2015 Quality management system, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental management system and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational health and safety management system. Safdal has also passed EU CE certification.

SAFDAL has established a CNAS-accredited laboratory, which has won a prominent position in China. Safdal boasts a technical team which is headed by professor-level senior engineers from Harbin Institute of Technology and composed of dozens of senior engineers. The team has established a joint R&D center with the Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, engaging in the field of intelligent pipe network solutions and deep-sea oil and gas exploration, and in this way an innovative R&D platform integrating production, learning and research is built up.
